Engage.

The industrialised regions of the world are competing for skilled labor. Municipal leaders and entrepreneurs are looking for experts from the around the globe. Diverse talent is looking for fitting opportunities.

How do you engage talents from around the world? How do you ensure that you hire the best possible team for you and that you get the most versatile perspectives for your company? How do you innovate in a way that improves your company reputation, increases profits and inspires your team to bring out the best of themselves?

Inspire

We are providing a groundbreaking and nouveau experience for decision makers in municipalities, business, industry, politics and education concerning the impact of cultural diversity for sustainable success.

Speakers will be addressing the changing diversity in population, business and municipalities promoting equal opportunities, participation and social cohesion. Diversity and Inclusion have been viewed as a matter for activists and charity, but has not yet fully arrived in the focus of mainstream planning in politics, municipality, business and industry. Meet and exchange with other decision makers in business, municipalities, politics and in education, as well as opinion multipliers.

The Forum will bring speakers from the Nordics and from European Countries to speak on different topics connected to human and cultural diversity, talent attraction and relocation. During the event there will be contributions by artists and opportunities for NGO's in the field of diversity to network and to exchange with new stakeholder groups through our amazing market of possibilities.

Innovate

This event is for entrepreneurs and decision-makers in municipalities and politics. We aim to inspire, inform and to shift priorities and viewpoints of people and institutions who are in the position to make a change in policies, strategies and methods and thus make a positive difference in people’s life, their employment situation and equal opportunities as well as the perception of different groups in the population.

We will show you how this is not a one way street or charity, but the way to succeed and to stay ahead and how to get there. The event will thus promote good relations between different groups and people in society.

Our Event is a first of its kind, bringing people together, crossing over to new target audiences and offering an inspiring and engaging experience. The event does not only offer lectures, but also practical tools and Q&A sessions.

Food will be provided in vegan form,

to cater for all different cultural preferences and to promote sustainable and healthy nutrition. Try it out!

After event dinner & drinks tickets available!

Join us for a relaxing after event party and networking!
